As we all know about there many options available for students after class 12th. Some students wants to develop their business startup and some students started preparing for various government examinations like- UPSC, SSC and other exams like- NEET etc.

What is Cuet exam?

CUET exam is stands for Common University Entrance Test and this exam is conducted by NTA( National Testing Agency) every year. This examination is complusory for all the students especially for those who wants to take their admissions in the central universities like- DU (Delhi University), BHU (Banaras Hindu University) and AU (Allahabad University) etc.

This exam is a type of “CBT Based examination” which means Computer Based Test Examination. It is conducted in Online Mode. There are more than 250 Universities which conducts Cuet Exam, in which there are approx 47 Central universities and 42 State Universities and 30 other universities and about 121private universities which conducts Cuet examination.

This examination is important for all students in order to get admission in good universities.

Pattern of Cuet Exam-

The Cuet examination is conducted in CBT Mode. Cuet Examination is have three Sections which means there are three Sections in this examination that is –

  • Section-I
  • Section -II
  • Section-III
  • Section- I (A) and Section- I (B) is Language Paper
  • Section- II is Domain Subject Paper
  • Section- III is General Test Paper.

Qualifications for this exam-

The following are the qualification required for this examination-

The candidates must score atleast 50% of marks in class 12th for General Categories and SC/ST candidates must required to score atleast 45% of marks in class- 12th in order to appear in Cuet Exam.

Marking Scheme-

Marking Scheme are as follow-

  • Candidates allotted +5 Marks for every correct answers.
  • -1 For each incorrect answers.
  • 0 for unattempted or unaswered questions.

Notifications for Cuet Exam-

It’s nofication are released in the last week of February or First week of March. The registration notification for this examination is released by the NTA (National Testing Agency).
